Leadership
Leadership really is the result of a leaders drive of several complex events/situations to achieve desired goal(s) working through others.
To be effective a leader must first be able to lead self, then they can go on to lead others. Leadership can be learned. In actual fact, leadership is earned, over time. It is not a title, or position. It is not acquired by birth, nor by qualification or age.
I will be facilitating Day 2 of a 3-Day program aimed at enriching high performance leadership in Sterling Bank today taking through "Leading Others"
