New to Bloging

In  spite of my belief that i am active on the social media, i am pretty new and a novice on blogging (don't even know if thats the right spelling). So i am open to tips and guides to become more active and grow my followers here.

My objective is to mentor on entrepreneurship and relationships through this medium.

Any ideas?
